We are seeking a highly experienced consultant to work across our group companies and clients, leading business process analysis, developing and implementing digital transformation strategies, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering high-level advisory services. The role involves direct client engagement, conducting on-site assessments, and providing strategic recommendations aligned with international best practices.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current business processes within both group companies and client organizations to identify improvement opportunities
Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and digital transformation
Conduct client visits, perform needs assessments, and deliver professional consultancy services
Define, measure, and implement KPI frameworks and monitoring systems
Collaborate with executive teams and client stakeholders to design strategic roadmaps
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of transformation programs
Adapt and apply international best practices to local business environments
Deliver professional presentations and reports to senior management and clients
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
Prior experience at a Big 4 consultancy or McKinsey & Company is highly preferred
Strong background in business process analysis, organizational transformation, strategic planning, and performance management
Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects
Expertise in KPI development, measurement, and advisory
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience in change management, organizational transformation, and stakeholder management
Fluency in English and Russian at a professional level
Strong client relationship management and presentation skills
Preferred: International certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent
