Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, data center, and enterprise solutions).
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand business needs and align tailored infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless solution development and execution.
  • Manage strategic client relationships and long-term account development.
  • Track pipeline and performance through CRM tools and contribute insights to leadership.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure aligned messaging and solution delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure-related business development or client-facing roles.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments and solutions (cloud, networking, data centers, etc.).
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with major IT vendors (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
