Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT infrastructure (cloud, networking, data center, and enterprise solutions).
- Engage with key decision-makers to understand business needs and align tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless solution development and execution.
- Manage strategic client relationships and long-term account development.
- Track pipeline and performance through CRM tools and contribute insights to leadership.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure aligned messaging and solution delivery.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure-related business development or client-facing roles.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT environments and solutions (cloud, networking, data centers, etc.).
- Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with major IT vendors (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Microsoft, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
