Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our sales efforts in the domain of Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, strong relationships in the market, and a proven track record in selling complex technology solutions. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, client engagement, and close collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver integrated IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Business Development and sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and margin targets for cybersecurity and infrastructure offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise, government, and SME sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including lead generation, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure aligned messaging and solution delivery.
- Support sales enablement and training initiatives to improve team performance.
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior management.
- Monitor industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
- Oversee preparation and submission of RFPs/RFQs, technical and commercial proposals, and quotations.
- Lead contract negotiations in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and client procurement processes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 1-3 years of sales experience in IT solutions, preferably in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of technologies such as firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, data center solutions, and enterprise networking.
- Familiarity with major technology vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Microsoft, HPE, Dell, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
