AI Business Development Manager

At Proxima Tech Solutions, we are rapidly growing in the field of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. As an AI Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing use cases for our AI solutions, presenting these solutions to clients, coordinating with the technical AI team, and driving new business opportunities with strong sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop AI use cases tailored to client needs
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations on AI solutions to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the full business development cycle and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the AI technical team to design and deliver effective client solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding new business opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge and background in artificial intelligence and software development
  • Prior software development experience with strong technical understanding
  • Proven sales and presentation skills with strong persuasive abilities
  • Experience in business development, project tracking, and client engagement
  • Open to learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
  • Target-oriented, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
